Roles and Responsibility:

• Client Servicing to existing client base of the agency
• Develop and maintain existing client relationships
• Taking briefs from client, forwarding in required format to the internal team
• Formulating presentations for ATL & BTL business and pitches
• Acting as a liaison between client, internal team and other third parties
• Execute and co-ordinate with the internal team for various promotional activities for the client
• Present solutions to clients and negotiate price optimally
• Assisting in helping creating superior advertising/ promotions
• Housekeeping and financial management of the clients
• Guarantying and securing artworks with the creative team related to all the campaigns
• Ensure accurate artworks of all the deliverables
• Maintaining and managing the MIS reports for the client and follow up of activities & preparation of reports
